We do accept refund requests under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect Product Version If you purchased the product for the wrong operating system (e.g., you intended to buy the Windows version but purchased the Mac version instead), you may buy the correct version and then contact us for a refund of the incorrect purchase.

• Unresolved Technical Issues If the product has a technical issue that we are unable to resolve within 30 days of your report, a refund will be issued.
