We also provide a 7-day money-back guarantee on all products (excluding monthly subscriptions). Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Guidelines
We will honor refund requests for the following reasons:

Duplicate Purchase If you accidentally purchase the same product multiple times, we will gladly issue a full refund for the duplicate purchase(s).

Improper Purchase If you mistakenly buy a product for the wrong device (e.g., purchasing the Mac version instead of the Windows version), please purchase the correct product and contact us for a refund of the incorrect purchase.

Technical Issues If you encounter a technical problem with the product that we are unable to resolve within 30 days, a refund may be issued.

Reluctant Renewal For monthly subscribers, auto-renewal fees can be refunded within 3 days of the renewal date.
Refund Requests That Are Not Accepted
The following reasons do not qualify for a refund:

Change of Mind Refund requests based on changing your mind after accessing the product (e.g., "I changed my mind," "I don’t want it now," or "It is not what I need") will not be accepted.
How to Request a Refund?
If your purchase qualifies under the guidelines mentioned, please submit your refund request to [email protected]. Our support team will respond within 24 hours. Be sure to include your order number, email address, and any pertinent details or examples. Feel free to attach screenshots as well!
How Long Does a Refund Take?
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Typically, refunds take 1-3 days to process, but may take up to 7 days for certain payment methods.
